Unohana. It's Michael. I-I have someone who needs help. We've been fighting with infection and injury and he's just not healing. If this infection can't be treated, then...it's amputate two major limb completely or he'll die. I can't. I can't allow either to happen.

[Well, that's definitely got her attention. There's not much her abilities can do against infection, but she can't know how much without actually being there. Hence the sounds of her moving about. She's getting ready to go.]
