As many of you are aware, Inoue Orihime was found murdered in her home earlier today. I have confirmed the truth of this myself when she was brought to the Fourth for preparation before her burial.

I know that this loss is difficult for many of us to take; she was a friend to several. Any of my people who need to take some time to pull yourselves together, I will think no less of you. But Inoue-san would not want us to stop functioning for her sake. We must continue forward.

I figure... if she'd come here, she'd have wanted to join the Fourth. I always kind of kept thinking that she would, some day.
